Paycom User Login Guide

Paycom Software Inc. is a technology company which provides online payroll and HR services to its customers. Besides that Paycom Software Inc. recently introduced additional services which include:

Expense management
Onboarding
Document storage
E-Verify

Paycomonline.net and paycomonline.com websites are used by Paycom Software Inc. as entry points for its customers to its services. On these websites customers of Paycom Software Inc. can either review information about Paycom products or access Paycom services right away.

Paycom login process

In order to access Paycom online services Paycom users need to perform following steps on your computer. Make sure that your computer is secure and that you are not using public computer to access personal data.

Open your browser
Navigate to http://www.paycomonline.com/
Click on “Login” button in a top left corner of the web page
You should see a menu with a choice of “Client”, “Employee”, “Accountant”
Depending on your role select appropriate menu option
- Paycom client login: If you’re a “Client” you will see a login dialog where you should do following:
  1. Enter your client code into “Client Code” field
  2. Enter your username into “Username” field
  3. Enter your password into “Password” field
  4. Click on “Log In” button to login to the client section of Paycom services
- Paycom employee login: If you’re an “Employee” you will see a login dialog where you should do following:
  1. Enter your username into “Username” field
  2. Enter your password into “Password” field
  3. Enter last 4 digits of your SSN into “Last 4 digits of SSN” field
  4. Click on “Log In” button to login to the Paycom employee self-service section
- Paycom accountant login: If you’re an “Accountant” you will see a login dialog where you should do following:
  1. Enter your client code into “Client Code” field
  2. Enter your username into “Username” field
  3. Enter your password into “Password” field
  4. Click on “Log In” button to login to the accountant section of Paycom services

If you have problems loging in make sure that your Caps Lock is of and input language for your keyboard is set to a correct one.
